What is DealMunch?
DealMunch is a Canadian restaurant deal discovery app. Open it on your phone to see current specials, promos and exclusive offers from restaurants near you, filter them by occasion, and get directions with one tap.
Is DealMunch available yet?
Not yet. DealMunch isn’t public yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Restaurants and franchises can claim early access.
Do I need to download it from an app store?
No. DealMunch is a mobile-first web app (a PWA). You open it in your phone’s browser and can add it to your home screen, where it works like an app. There’s no App Store download.
How does DealMunch use my location?
Your location is used to show deals close to you, and it stays in your browser.
What kinds of deals will I see?
The feed has three swipeable carousels: Near You (deals close to your location), Exclusive Deals (offers you’ll only find on DealMunch) and Franchise Deals (brand-wide deals from Franchises).
Can I filter deals?
Yes. You can filter deals, including by occasion, such as Date Night or Family.
How do I get to the restaurant?
Tap for directions and DealMunch opens the route in Google Maps.
Where is DealMunch available?
DealMunch is built for Canada and focused on Canadian restaurants and diners.
Who can post deals?
Independent restaurants, Franchise Owners (individual location operators) and Franchises (the brand or franchisor). Restaurants and Franchise Owners sign up with Google or email and publish their own deals.
What’s the difference between Franchises and Franchise Owners?
Franchises are the brand or franchisor. They can post brand-wide deals that show at every location. Franchise Owners run individual locations and post and manage deals for their own locations.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. One owner can manage multiple locations from a single account.
Can my staff or managers help manage deals?
Yes. You can add extra authorized users, such as staff and managers, to your account.
How much does it cost to post deals?
It’s free for up to 3 active deals. Paid plans are coming soon.
